These wks lots of thgs to do, cln hse lah, shopping for NY's goodies lah, queue for bak gua lah, shopping for my clothing!!

Althought to mi nthg much v special but i alrdy got the NY mood liao ;D

Bcos, my long long holiday starts START!!

During the CNY lots of DO's & Don'ts, must follow wor...


- Clean the entire home to get rid of all the things that are associated with the old year. All cleaning equipment are put away on CNY's eve. After New Year's Day, the floors may be swept but don't sweep out over the threshold, a superstition dat u will sweep away the good luck/one of ur family.


- Decor ur hse w symbols of good fortune preferably colors: Bright red (happiness); gold/orange (wealth & happiness).


- Do open every door in the house, and even windows on the midnight of the CNY's eve, to allow the old year to go out and new year enter.


- Pay all your debts - Nothing should be lent mean will be lending all the year. If you cry on New Year's day, you will cry all through the year. Therefore, children are tolerated and are not spanked, even though they are mischievous.

- Do get a new set of clothes and shoes preferably something red or bright.


- Don’t wash your hair mean we wld hv washed away good luck for the New Year.

- Don’t greet people who are in mourning.

- Don’t drop your chopsticks.

- Don’t say any foul language and bad or unlucky words

- Do collect more more lai see *angbao* for single ppl, and for married ppl, do give ang bao!!



Gung Hay Fat Choy!

Recently mi having cold for days.
In fact I always hv this flu sinus prob
but really caught flu, mean getting worse...

Just heard from news dat the scientist did an experiment :
People who slp equal/more than 8hrs or can fall aslp easy, the chances of getting flu or otr diease is lesser than people who slp lesser or kip rolling on the bed b4 falling into deep slp.


For my own curiousity, I did some research abt flu & cold :



Influenza is an infection caused by a virus called the influenza virus. It is usually a more severe illness than the common cold which is caused by other respiratory viruses.

Influenza typically has a sudden onset with headache, chills and cough followed rapidly by a fever, appetite loss, muscle aches, and tiredness. On the other hand, cold symptoms are limited to the upper respiratory tract with runny nose, sneezing, watery eyes, and throat irritation.


The common symptoms of the flu include:


- Fever (usually high)
- Headache
- Muscle aches
- Chills
- Extreme tiredness
- Dry cough
- Runny nose
- Stomach symptoms, such as nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea



Flu symptoms are quite similar to cold symptoms, it's often hard to tell the difference. But the is one clue about flu. When you have the flu, you feel flu symptoms sooner you wld hv cold symptoms, and they come on w much greater intensity.

My new phone

My SE phone spoiled by Tiglet
just nice dat my line's plan ended *under my mum*
so decided to buy a new one.

Hmm... is either iphone or Samsung F480 pink
Yuan lai iphone no bluetooth, no fwd msg function, no radio..
All these r impt to mi.
In the end decided to get Samgsung pinky hp.

Due to out of stock in M1 so a M1 ger who attended to mi, suggested mi to make a reversation
n they would deliver to my hse with the new hp + contact.
I thk is service is quite nice as no nid to kip track when the stock is coming & no nid to queue up so i agreed.
Now prob cm...

On fri the person called and told mi dat the phone has arrived so I arranged the delivery on sat *suggested by the ger*
Then on sat I waited 2hrs miserably as I was having bad bad flu
Chked with the ger, she claimed dat it was sun.
I was very pek chek dat she nvr felt sry & kip denied.
I rem clearly dat she told mi to fix the delivery date at "tml" which is... SAT rite?

Lucky dat this model's price dropped on sat afternoon.
If nt I wld kip scolding & complaining & pek chek-ing till the thg is solved.
Sun my mum & mi not free - then hw?
No choice had to fix it on Monday which I had to take a half day leave as my mum dunno anything & had to tc of the doggie.

Hai... Such a mistake is a disaster or luck?

Wed surprisingly Rachel *my pri sch's best frd* was online & we chatted happily for quite some time.

And dat nite I dreamt of her.
In the dream, I met her & Albert *Sec sch's mate* at airport.
Somehw a big-size villain kip forcing her to leave w him.
Albert wanted to act as a hero, fought w him.
Hai... Albert (small build) hurt badly *I rem one of his leg was injured*
Dat dream was too exaggerated like those action pack movies

Today Yeow to my surprise again is online & chatting w mi.
Tonite will I dream of him?

Ytd went for jogging.
Stopped 2wks, seem like lost the determination.
Hmm... I will try hard nxt wk.

Ytd mi & Lp went to amk n had our fav fish soup mee & bubble tea.
WWY was oso thr!!
She went to watch "Lp man" w Herb.
Kushinbo went thr too!!
Two of them watched the same show, same timing, same cinema!!
And same ROW!!
They just sat beside each otr.
So coincidence hor?

Maybe in dat certain time, dat moment they noticed one another.
They were strangers now
But maybe they will knw each otr in future?

Recently I was emo-ing over some matters.
At dat moment I knew dat was just small matters
but just wan to speak out n nid some1 to concern/sayang mi.
No, nobody. Even Tiglet oso didnt.
Felt lost.
Like standing in the middle of cross junction dunno which direction to go to

Until ytd I wanted to make myself happy by buying my fav. - snacks!!
I bought Twisties.
Dat was great!! Haha... I felt happier & excited *dunno y*
Tiglet realised the sudden chng of mi too!!
