Decision making

Sometimes human will do some foolish, silly, ridiculous things when making critical decision within limited time.
Have u ever thought of what u have today regardless of career, BGR, friends, money, house, car, etc... is just a dream?
Just like one of the version of Doraemon's ending story, Doraemon is just a dream of Nobita.
Imagine tml I woke up, I was in 3yrs back whr I just grad frm poly, searching for jobs.
No max, no hams, no tiglet, no BFFs, no family probs...
Am I happy or sad?
Cant decide...

I thk I am a selfish person.
Because of dunno how to explain to my frds,
because of don't wan to break my promise,
because of thinking how to make it on time,
because of his words "I won't angry"
I made a remorseful decision...
Maybe to others this is small prob
but afew small probs can become a big issue.
Neither I can change nor amend anthing.
. . .
For now I need some re-balancing of my time, my attitude, my aim.

Courage

Can u imagine I walk thru a fire path?
Fresh hot redish fire.
Before I started walking, I was happily cheering up.
Im so brave
*thumb up*

It wasn't pain until u stepped the 2nd step
Extreme hot but still cant run just in case dat I might fall
After the walk, my feet were super extremely painful!!
The pain was killing mi~
I was wondering..
"whr did I get the courage to walk thru such a real firepath?"

Now my feet is full of bubbles =(
I hv overcome this fear,
which mean I can overcome most of the fear
Only mostly

Exercise better than treatment?

Studies have shown exercise works better than surgical procedures. At a meeting of the European Society of Cardiology on Sunday, several experts said doctors should focus more on persuading their heart patients to exercise rather than simply doing angioplasties

Angioplasty is the top treatment for people having a heart attack or hospitalized with worsening symptoms. It involves using a tiny balloon to flatten a blockage and propping the heart artery open with a mesh tube called a stent. Most angioplasties are done on a nonemergency basis, to relieve chest pain caused by clogged arteries cutting off the heart's blood supply.

Mr Hambrecht published a study in 2004 that found that nearly 90 per cent of heart patients who rode bikes regularly were free of heart problems one year after they started their exercise regimen.

Among patients who had an angioplasty instead, only 70 per cent were problem-free after a year.

Mr Hambrecht is now conducting a similar trial, which he expects to confirm his initial findings: that for some heart patients, exercise is more effective than a surgical procedure. Other experts agreed that would likely be the case.

Note : Exercise does alot more than fixing one little problem
