Watched Prom Night on Tue
We missed the front part of the story
bcos we tot dat amk normally not many ppl watching movie
bcos our dinner Ichiban cropped out...
1st We found a SHORT hair in our sushi dat we ordered *all of us r long hair*
2nd They over-charged us
I proposely said this :
"Is this how u serve customer?"
"We're late for movie, r u gg to buy for it?"
Wah... The manager replied this :
"Oh I'm sry, Do u really wan me to treat u a movie?"
"U can write ur name dwn, or maybe I can asked my staff *dat guy who ovr-charged us* to treat u?"
Isn't she lihai?
Ytd went for jogging,
a usual weekly exercise.
According to those expert who had slim down,
to really exercise/burn fats we have to jog for more than half an hr
For my speed, 2 rounds took me abt 5mins
which mean 30mins I nid to run 12 rounds
Although slow jog doesnt sweat much & wont feel tired easily
but my arms were aching
bcos kip staying in the same position too long??
Hai... Cant tahan. I gave up after my 10th rounds
Nxt wk I hv to hang on till 30mins
